Brendan McMahon - Behind the EU Mist on AIFM

Brendan McMahon, Partner, PricewaterhouseCoopers CI LLP, Jersey examines some of the proposed enhancements to the original draft directive, which for the most part respond to the concerns of the Global alternative asset management industry, potentially avoiding a 'Fortress Europe' and continuing to allow European Institutional investors access to best of breed asset managers located outside Europe.
