AIB Group Economist Bullish for Irish Recovery

Oliver Mangan, Chief Global Bond Economist for the AIB Group was in Jersey recently to speak about the recovery in the Irish economy.

Mr Mangan told an audience of invited guests that Ireland was in better shape to face the current economic crisis than the previous recession and is now poised to make a good recovery, with inflation and spending under control.

The briefing is an annual event and is always well attended by finance professionals, intermediaries and clients of AIB Jersey.
